A Little Charmer

It may not look like much, but believe me under this humble façade is a little charmer of a country cottage, featuring 4 bedrooms, high ceilings, 6" Baltic pine floor boards, lovely old glass in the windows (full of waves and wrinkles) and some nice original features such as the Victorian fireplace and rim locks on the doors. The 700sq metre block features a beautiful cold climate garden featuring Rhododendrons, cherry blossoms, camellias, Japanese maple and a golden elm (to name a few). Soon it will also have herbs, vegis and a chook house.
